About Me and My Coaching Journey
We have all been there. Sat at an impasse in our lives, looking at what we have achieved so far and taking a moment to consider what is really next.
We all seek purpose and a moment to feel like we have made a difference in some way. I have sort that throughout all my career, and when I reflect, even when I was working in Advertising, I was truly passionate about helping my clients. A resounding theme of my reflections and my career.
I spent my career in the corporate world with a stint in the NHS, and much like other areas of my life, I have always felt like a misfit. This feeling has had its consequences from losing my job to struggling to get on in an office. Navigating office politics was my bete noire (a person or thing that one particularly dislikes).
We all face many hurdles and I have had my own share both, personal and professional. At the time and prior to my own life coaching journey, I often wondered what an earth was going on. “What did I do to deserve this?”, “Bloody hell, what now?!”, “Really!” and I am sure many other words I uttered.
Recognising this sent me on my own path of self-discovery, where I found my own self-worth and inner confidence. These experiences now inform my life coaching and career coaching practice, I really do speak from experience.
It continues to be my passion to help others to find their purpose and I am sure I can help you.
I have a Level 5 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring and continually seek regular Continual Professional Development (CPD).
