Coaching Sessions
Finding a life coach or career coach is very personal. You will need to get on with the person you are working with and feel like you can trust them.
With this in mind, I suggest we hop on a 30 min call to discuss your reason for seeking life coaching or career coaching and to see if we feel we can work together.
Sessions are 1 hour long and each coaching session we will assess where you are with your goals, adjust and realign.
How do I arrange a coaching session?
All you need to do is drop me an email, text message or give me a call and I will be able to arrange a 30mins catch up call with you.

Where are the sessions?
The beautiful thing about life coaching or career coaching is, you can be anywhere in the world or the country and we can still have a session together. I have coached people from Glasgow to Truro and anywhere in between.
These can be over the phone or on a video call, which ever you prefer.
If you are based in Exeter, Devon then you can also have your sessions face to face in my garden sanctuary.
